This is a dwarf variety, Spanish varietal - is our Estate oil. It is an early harvest olive. This Arbequina extra virgin olive oil has a very strong nose of green aromas; very fresh, like spring. The taste at first is like wheat grass, artichoke, and almond flavor. At the same time, it tastes sweet and pungent in your throat. Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is a “Gift from the gods, queen of the oils, elixir of rejuvenescence.”
