Honey-balsamic vinaigrette

For a large salad:
  • tbs of Dijon mustard
  • tbs of honey
  • 1 tbs of balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbs of Crescendo olive oil

Proceed as above, starting with Mustard, honey and the balsamic vinegar. Add the Crescendo olive oil little by little to make an emulsion.
